1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
3 Shipping Cost
VXPROZ offers free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by VXPROZ.
4 Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the system to refresh.
! Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at
contact@vxproz.com.
We will do our best to update your address before the order ships.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. VXPROZ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. Delays may happen due to carrier processing, customs, holidays, weather, or local delivery issues.
If your package appears lost or tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, mailbox areas, or your local carrier. VXPROZ is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to support you.
6 Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

- Original packaging must be included
- All accessories, guards, cable, manual, and case must be included
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Return must be approved before sending the item back
7 How To Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at

with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
! Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number, a clear photo or video of the issue, and a photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged.
8 Non-Returnable Items
Because VXPROZ products are personal grooming items, we cannot accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Used grooming products
- Items missing accessories or original packaging
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning
- Items returned without approval
- Sale items or gift cards, where applicable
9 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
$ Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

EU European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
