Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact contact@vxproz.com before sending any item.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Promotional or discounted items follow the same return eligibility rules and are not automatically excluded.

Because grooming products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos or video. After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error or an eligible defect or damage claim.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

EU Cancellation Rights

Customers receiving goods in the European Union may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable law and hygiene exceptions for sealed personal-care goods opened after delivery.
