VXPROZ currently accepts orders for delivery addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States are not accepted at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Cost

VXPROZ offers free standard shipping for eligible United States orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-demand periods, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. VXPROZ LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@vxproz.com within 7 days of the delivery status update so we can review the issue and assist you.
