How long does the battery last?
The 2200mAh battery provides up to 270 minutes of runtime depending on the attachment, hair type, and grooming routine.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The trimmer has an IPX7 waterproof design for easier rinsing. Make sure the charging port is dry before charging.
Does it use USB-C?
Yes. VXPROZ supports USB-C charging.
Shipping & Orders
Is shipping free?
Yes. VXPROZ provides free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery after processing is estimated at 5–10 business days for the United States, 7–12 business days for Europe, and 15–25 business days for other countries.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent by email when available. Carrier updates can take 24–72 hours to appear.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Used grooming products are normally excluded for hygiene reasons unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. VXPROZ provides a two-year warranty for eligible product defects. Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, and normal wear are excluded.
