2-Year Limited Warranty
VXPROZ warrants the original purchaser that the VXPROZ 6-in-1 grooming kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery.
What is covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal operation of the trimmer or included powered components when the product is used and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including blades, foils and other consumable grooming parts
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized repair or modification
- Damage caused by using incompatible chargers or power sources
- Loss or damage to accessories after delivery
How to request service
Email contact@vxproz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. We may request troubleshooting information or return of the item before approving a remedy.
Available remedies
For an approved claim, VXPROZ will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. This warranty is limited to purchases made directly from VXPROZ and applies only to the original purchaser.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. It does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
